Our garden, the flowery patio and the banks of the Seugne

It's a secret garden that we planted 9 years ago on the banks of the Seugne, the river with many bars that flows below the city, a little green Venice!

All species coexist and protect each other.

we planted a grove of Japanese maples with purple or serrated leaves, ground plants of heather, hydrangeas, Azaleas, Camellias, rhododendrons.

Olivier, pittosporum, Cotinus, spindle trees, banana trees, roses, irises, wegelia peonies, phoetinias, mix with panache.

Ground covers and fruit trees share the space. Pomegranate trees with flowers or fruits, the emblem of the house, have an important place in the garden: espalier pear trees, apple trees, kiwis, fig trees, persimmon trees, plum trees, hazelnut trees, walnut trees, raspberries, currants, blackcurrants, strawberries and other vegetables Grown in the ground or in a wooden container, they feed us for the most part all year round.

Olivier is in charge of the vegetable garden and I am in charge of the ornamental garden.

The small pottery creatures and the statues that I carved from local destruction stones confine a playful and atypical atmosphere.

The PATIO accessible from the living room or from the swimming pool is an intimate and protected space which allows us to grow citrus fruits and other more fragile plants in the heart of the house.

We love to show off our garden and are happy to offer as a souvenir a plant from the regrowths or plans of the moment!
